Unlocking $MLS - Official Partners (TBC)

Vesting Rules

• All $MLS rewards given to partners will be locked for 4 years, with 2% unlocked each month and 4% unlocked in the last two months.

• If vesting requirements are fulfilled that month, then the monthly 2% will be unlocked in full.

• Otherwise, only x% of the 2% can be unlocked.

• If a partner fails to fully unlock the monthly $MLS for three consecutive months or more than three times within six months, their partnership will be terminated. Their $MLS will be recouped.

Conditions

• Partner's monthly turnover reaches xx + xx MP.

• Partner invites xx valid players in the month + xx MP.

• Participation in We Promote, We Learn, We Trade can earn MP.

• Contribution to the community can earn xx MP.

• Achieve a certain amount of community points (MP).
